They gave us religion
to divide our spirits
They gave us ethnicity
to divide our skins
They gave us cultism
to divide our streets.
The system decided this shit
They devised it in secret
Their devices are cultists
To divide our streets

They know we'll take to the streets
But like the Black Panther splits
the gang wars of Bloods and Crips
the days of West Coast versus East
They divide our streets

They make us their soldiers on foot
Exploit the energies of the youth
While their children continue the loot
they get some of us to lick their boots
Dictators to keep our voices mute
and goons with which they suppress the truth.
With guns, they're armed to the tooth
but throw us crumbs now and then to soothe
The agonies and pains of poverty
while their fight for private property
destroys the whole of our society
and we just OBEY them quietly.

Instead of gang wars and street fights,
Why can't we all unite and fight
those responsible for our pitiable plight
and show them the people's power and might?

Your beefs, I can't inherit it
My gees, can't become my enemies
The streets, the power of communities
can only thrive in our unity.
