“It Was Only A One-Night Stand” – Man Says As He Begs Court To Evict Prostitute Who Moved Into His House and he was he was
A Zimbabwean man, Albert Mupfawa, has headed to court to demand a protection order against a prostitute, Elina Nyamuzuwe, who has refused to leave his house, after their one-time encounter. Mupfawa told the court that Nyamuzuwe had turned his house into her base for the past month and half, reports iHarare.
Mupfawa said, “She is not my wife. We merely hooked up for a one-night stand and she has been returning to my house every day since then. “I feel I am not obligated to buy her food because she is not my responsibility and I am only offering her a place to sleep. She has been coming home for close to a month and a half now and I think it’s about sex. Whenever I go to work she also leaves but she is always coming back and we end up having sex.”
However, Nyamuzuwe refuted Mupfawa’s claim. She told the court that they had been living together as husband and wife. Nyamuzuwe told the court that they had in fact come to the court from the same house. She asked the court to order him to stop harassing her and threatening to evict her from the house. The court granted her prayers. Presiding Magistrate, Noah Gwatidzo also advised Mapfawa to approach the courts if he wants an eviction order.
